Hi there thanks for landing here - I'm passionate about the benefits of yoga for all minds and bodies.
​Yoga-Nu-U is about embracing & accepting who you are - on and off the mat and in the community.
​Exploring boundaries and finding new edges. Making yoga accessible and keeping it real.
I teach a fusion of styles following hatha yoga principles - sessions incorporate a blend of inclusive asana movement with variations to suit your body in the moment, alongside time spent with the breath and in rest and relaxation. If you feel a calling to share some practices with me I'd love to hear from you!

Supporting the SAMH 100 year celebrations with yoga practices - Aug 2023 
Supported the Linlithgow Party at the Palace 2023 & 2022 providing complimentary family yoga sessions during the festival.
Forgiveness is the Hardest Thing - delighted to announce a latest writing contribution - co-authoring a chapter with Buddhist nun Emma Slade (Gelongma Pema Deki) in this new anthology.
