Yoga at iconic Scottish Castles and Bridges

Since 2016 I have embarked on a quest to search out and deepen my experience of Scottish history through visiting castles throughout Scotland and celebrating each find with a yoga shape or pose. Same for bridges in Scotland.
It is an ongoing quest a bit like Yoga being life-long learning.
I present to you here my findings so far and if you like a challenge you can attempt to name them and you find the answers at the base of the page.
Enjoy the castles and bridges adventure! Lindsey x
