Have you considered the benefits of an individually tailored yoga movement session?

When I'm asked, I love to work with more specific needs. Today I designed and delivered a session for 2 gardeners wanting to keep themselves gardening ready. Here's what they had to say about the experience (see visual).
If you need a movement boost more specific to your needs - feel free to get in touch to explore further with me.

If you are new to Yoga here are some suggestions in preparation for your practices:
Picture
 - Aim not to consume food at least an hour before your session
- Wear comfortable, clothing you feel able to move in, consider whether
you may feel better practising in bare feet or with socks on and be aware
what feels safe for you in your practices

- You may wish to bring some props of your own to the practice such as a
favourite cosy blanket for the relaxation at the end of practices or your
own cushion or yoga props if you have them

- Bring your yoga mat to practice if you have one and keep in mind at times
we work on other surfaces indoors and outside. You are able to borrow a
  complementary yoga mat on request

- You may like to bring some water or juice to sip during /after your session
- Remember to let the person leading your yoga session know of any changes or updates to your mental and
physical wellbeing so they can support you in your practices

- Ask me any queries before or after the session to support your comfort and experience
- Feedback is always appreciated and supports the experience I can give you and others
