Workshops with Lindsey
I offer a range of varied and unique yoga based sessions and workshops - often collaborating with amazing people who offer complementary offerings that blend beautifully with yoga practices.

Examples include 5Rhythms movement, writing & journalling, Ayurvedic cooking and lifestyle, sound base experiences and more!
I teach in a variety of venues from funded local community centres to historic Scottish buildings and charming locations such as the award winning Cromlix hotel owned by Kim and Andy Murray.

Scottish Yoga Events I have organised
Scottish Parliamentary Reception for MSPs and the Minister for Mental Health with support from
SAMH Charity (Mental Health) on Yoga, Mental Health and Wellbeing. 
Organised a community yoga session with 150+ attendees in the Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art, inviting yoga contributers and raising awareness for mental health and the benefits of yoga practices.

Invited to arrange the Scottish Film premier of international documentary 'The Mantra Movie' and to host an on-stage interview with the film director and producer.
Co-created and produced a charity fundraising calendar with Yoga teachers from across Scotland. Pictures taken in the Scottish tourist attraction, Camera Obscura in Edinburgh.
