I'm looking to be of service - offering you a 1-2-1 opportunity to delve a little deeper and leverage all the 'stuff' I have and continue to accumulate in my yoga journey to support you in your yoga practices and bodies.
I know a few of you have asked me for this in the past and now here it is!
From Thursday 26 October I'm going to be available to book in with, during the morning on a Thursday (must book in advance via me) at the lovely Ochilview Complementary Clinic space in Reddingmuirhead, Falkirk.
In these sessions, you'll have the space to check in, discuss areas of your yoga practices you'd like support with, dive deeper into your movement with postures, breath and consider any restrictions your working with. Discover wider variations you can work with and the use of props. Can include recording short videos of movement to help you work with afterwards.
For a limited time, I'm offering you this for an introductory price of £50 for a one hour session.
