Join me in Yoga practices through this winter - at your own pace, in your own time!
Winter A.I.R consists of 3 practices to play, repeat anytime including, a total of 50 minutes:
A. Active - a 20 min yoga asana & pranayama, breathing based practice building on awareness and movement and bringing them together into flows. Vary your positions to suit your comfort, complete or repeat or follow with the other practices.
I. Inspiration - a 20 min movement practice to inspire and connect the wellbeing of the mind and the body for this autumn time.
R. Relaxation - a 10 min practice to allow you to gently rest your nervous system and savour some peaceful time for you.
You will receive one recording that combines all practices together and you can decide which you want to use and when!
A total of 55 mins to do together or as individual practices to suit your time, space and need. Simply click the Buy Now button below & on completion of purchase you will receive a link to all the recordings. You will have access to these for use by yourself until the end of the year.
Please note you are responsible for taking care of yourself during any form of exercise, vary your positions to suit the needs of your body, pause when you need to. If in any doubt consult your medical practitioner.
