I believe in yoga for all regardless of age, body shape, gender, ability. 
I offer regular classes to support people in their yoga journey and towards better overall wellbeing.
I encourage the use of yoga props and adjustments to support our body through our practice. To ensure we benefit in the best way possible every time we come on to the yoga mat.

Hear me talking a bit more about a gentle yoga class and
​what to expect
     A few suggestions in preparation for your Yoga class:
  • Aim not to consume food at least an hour before class
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing and come prepared to be in bare feet or come with special yoga socks
  • You may wish to bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end of class
  • Bring a yoga mat (sticky type is best). A few are usually available to borrow at no charge
  • Bring water to sip during /after the class
  • Remember to wear your smile
  • It doesn't matter if you're not bendy or flexible (& yoga will certainly help)
  • No one cares if you can do every pose, some of them, or hardly any of them
  • You can (and should) ask questions​
  • The other people in the class are not judging you
  • Not every kind of yoga class suits every kind of person
  • It doesn't matter if you fall asleep during savasana (relaxation)
