Yoga for Intermediate level those with yoga experience
I believe in yoga for all regardless of age, body shape, gender, ability. 
I offer regular classes to support people in their yoga journey and towards better overall wellbeing.
I encourage you to explore your edge in your yoga posture along with the use of yoga props to help you find the practice right for you every time you come on to the yoga mat.

To enquire or book into any of these sessions:

     A few reminders in preparation for your Yoga class:
  • Aim not to consume food at least an hour before class
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing and come prepared to be in bare feet or come with special yoga socks
  • You may wish to bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end of class
  • Bring a yoga mat
  • Bring water to sip during /after the class
  • Remember to wear your smile
