A. Activity - a 15 min asana practice building some useful strength foundations, then moving into a movement flow. Vary your positions to suit your comfort, complete or repeat or follow with the other practices. |

R. Relaxation - a 17 min practice to allow you to gently rest your nervous system and savour some peaceful vibres. |
