A. Active - a 25 min asana practice building some useful strength foundations, then moving into a movement flow. Vary your positions to suit your comfort, complete or repeat or follow with the other practices.
I. Inspiration - a 15 min practice to inspire and connect the wellbeing of the mind and the body
R. Relaxation - a 10 min practice to allow you to gently rest your nervous system and savour some peaceful vibres.
A total of 50 mins to do together or as individual practices to suit your time, space and need.
